Senior HTML5 Game Developer
Lead development of lightweight browser puzzle games using WebGL, Canvas, and TypeScript. Own core gameplay, rendering performance, and cross-device compatibility, shipping titles that load in seconds.
Build casual games played by millions across Southeast Asia and beyond.
Suntongames is a free online instant-play casual puzzle games platform operated by PT Sunton Sun Indonesia. Based in Jakarta and built for players overseas, we make lightweight browser games that anyone can enjoy—no downloads, no sign-ups, no friction. Our titles reach players across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Europe, and Latin America, and we are growing the team to ship even more of them.
Our team works in a distributed setup, with a hub in Jakarta and remote collaborators across the region. We stay deliberately small so that every engineer, designer, and operator can touch the player experience directly and see the impact of their work within days, not quarters. Decisions are made on data and playtests, not on hierarchy, and the player's time on the page is the metric we care about most.
If you care about craft, move fast, and want to build games that millions of people actually play, we would love to talk. Below are the roles we are actively hiring for—and if you don't see a perfect fit but love what we do, write to us anyway.
Global Reach
Our games are played across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Europe, and Latin America—your work reaches real overseas audiences from day one.
Small Team, Big Impact
We stay small on purpose. Every person on the team directly shapes games that millions of players return to every week.
Remote-Friendly
A distributed team with a Jakarta office and remote collaborators—flexible by design, with async-first communication.
Craft-First
We ship few games and polish them well. Quality, feel, and performance matter more than raw quantity.
Learning Budget
An annual learning budget supports technical, design, and language training so you keep growing with the team.
Health & Wellness
Health insurance, annual leave, and flexible hours—because sustainable pace beats burnout over the long run.
We are hiring across five areas. Don't see your role? Send us your portfolio anyway—we are always meeting good people.
