Response Time
We aim to reply to every legitimate inquiry within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, Jakarta time, WIB / UTC+7). Partnership and licensing requests may take a little longer as they involve internal review. If you don't hear back within 5 business days, please resend your message—occasionally emails get caught by spam filters.
Office Hours & Languages
Our Jakarta office is staffed Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB (UTC+7). Outside of those hours, emails are queued and addressed at the start of the next business day. We observe Indonesian public holidays, including Eid al-Fitr, Christmas, New Year, and Independence Day on 17 August; messages received during those closures are answered in the order they were received once the office reopens.
Our team corresponds in English and Bahasa Indonesia. For player-facing replies we default to the language of the original message, and our editorial library is published in English so that it is accessible to the widest possible international audience. If your inquiry is in another language, we will reply in English and use translation tools to make sure we understand your request fully before responding.
Visiting Our Office
Our registered office is located in Plaza Aminta, a commercial building on Jalan Letnan Jenderal TB Simatupang Kav.10 in Jakarta Selatan. The building sits in the TB Simatupang corridor, one of South Jakarta's main business arteries, and is well served by both ride-hailing services and public transport. Visitors are received by appointment only; if you would like to schedule a meeting, please email us at least one week in advance so we can coordinate building access and a meeting room.
When emailing to request a visit, please include the purpose of the meeting, the number of visitors, and your preferred dates. We will confirm the appointment, share directions to the building, and provide any access details required by building security. Walk-in visits cannot be accommodated, as the office is not configured to receive unscheduled guests.

- Do I need an account to play? No. There is no sign-up, no login, and no personal data required. Game progress is stored locally in your browser by default.
- Can I request a game to be added? Absolutely. Use the contact form and select "General Inquiry", then describe the title or genre you would like to see. We do not promise to add every suggestion, but every request is reviewed.
- I'm an indie developer—can I submit my game? Yes. Select "Partnership" in the form and include a playable link, a short description, and which devices you have tested on. Our content team will review and respond within 5 business days.
- How do I report a bug? Select "Bug Report" in the form. Please include the game title, your browser and device, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help but are not required.
- Do you offer advertising? Yes, for vetted partners only. Select "Advertising" in the form and we will share available placements, policies, and rates after a short eligibility review.
